YogaBalance is a proud supporter of New Horizons, a soup kitchen, shelter and pantry. A group of Yoga students, instructors and friends participated in the 18th annual Walk Against Hunger on May 25, 2008. We raised money that is now helping to make a difference in the lives of those who go hungry or who are homeless. YogaBalance is pleased to support our local arts. Each year we donate yoga classes to the Majestic Theatre for their annual fundraising event. During the live and silent auction participants can bid on yoga classes and many other items with the proceeds going to support this wonderful organization. Each year YogaBalance donates yoga classes to the Manchester chapter of Girl's Inc. YogaBalance was invited by Catholic Medical Center in Manchester to participate in it's annual health and wellness fair on October 25th, 2007. Our studio, along with several other women owned business met with and talked with patients and staff alike about the importance of good self care. Many services were offered such as mini spa treatments, image consultation and menopause information along with give aways. YogaBalance raffled off 1 Free months worth of unlimited yoga classes worth $85! We look forward to participating in this event again. |

Child Advocacy Center Hillsborough County-SouthOur mission is to serve and protect the abused child and to strengthen families and our community through the collaborative actions of a multi-disciplinary team of community professionals in law enforcement, prosecution, victim advocacy, child protection, health care and education.
