Mari invites you to come see for yourself.

What started as family outings turned into an epiphany for Sandi. “I had no intention of teaching Yoga,” says Sandi, “however, during my training I sensed a personal transition taking place.” Sandi became certified in 2005 and has been teaching ever since. Sandi feels honored to share Yoga with others so that they can discover the same self awareness and physical benefits she has experienced.  Sandi’s classes are taught with a gentle approach, using a series of stretches, postures, breath and meditation. Sandi invites you to experience toning, strengthening, cardio and overall rejuvenation offered by her Fit Over Fifty classes.
