A perfect way to spend your lunch break! Designed for those who need a resorative break in their day. This fourty-five minute class has a heavy focus on stretching to increase flexibility, stress relief and relaxation.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This class builds on the basic asanas (postures) and links them together through breath awareness to create a dynamic and challenging flow. In this class you will have the opportunity to practice more advanced postures including arm balances and inversions in a supportive enviornment. Plan to build some heat!

Warm and Toasty Vinyasa Flow Yoga
As above. This class is held in a heated room between 85 & 90 degrees.

Kids' Yoga
This program is run intermittently throughout the year in six week sessions.
In this 6 week session, children will learn, explore and experience yoga and creative movement. Using a fun, non-competitive approach, children will have the opportunity to exercise, play and connect with their inner self.
They will also develop a relationship with the natural world around them through imitating the movements and sounds of nature. Roar like a lion and stand tall like a mountain.
Each one-hour class will include: centering, warm-up stretches, yoga poses, simple breathing exercises, an opportunity for free movement and final relaxation before class ends.
Children will experience the many benefits of yoga: stillness, balance, flexibility, improved focus, health and well-being. Yoga will help to encourage self-esteem and body awareness.
$75 per child for a six week session. Discounts for children registering together.
This class is designed for children 6-8 & 9-12. Beginners are welcome and encouraged.
Little Ones Yoga
This is an ongoing yoga class designed for children 18 mos- 3yrs & 3-5 years in age. Many of the classes will be based on story themes which are read to the chilren in class. Using characters from the book the children will be guided through a series of yoga postures and movements.
Children will experience the many benefits of yoga: stillness (for short periods), balance, flexibility, improved focus, health and well-being.
$75 per child for a six week session. Discounts available for children registering together.
Yin Yoga
Tight Hamstrings? Hips made of stone no matter how much yoga you practice? This is a great class for you!
Currently held once a month, this class will take just a few postures and teach you how to use yoga to rehabilitate old injuries and find long lost flexibility in the body.
