Michelle Dalbec, E-RYT 500, is a passionate Kripalu and Yoga Tune Up® trained teacher and educator who hosts educational and experiential yoga programs and delivers dynamic and motivational workshops. Michelle teaches with the intention to inspire authentic alignment, expression, and movement. Whether she’s teaching restorative yoga or vigorous vinyasa, meditation or conscious communication, she leads with an inquiry based approach that empowers students to realize their full potential and individuality. We will start off slowly warming up and easing into motion. We will spend time playing with movement, patterns, rhythms, and tempos. We’ll experiment with moving fast & slow, dramatic & demur, big & small, heavy & light. We’ll play with shifting, pulsing, shimmying, rocking, swaying, swirling, and bouncing. YogaDance® is about being with your whole self, inviting the emotional body to explore graceful, easeful, joyful, primal, passionate, and sorrowful ways the body can “speak” that are beyond human words. We will then ride a cascading wave of energy into a deep and integrative relaxation.
