Catherine initially began practicing yoga in 2000 to gain flexibility and balance in her body. Over time, her yoga and meditation practice became a natural way to deal with stress and anxiety in addition to finding peace while working full time and raising two young children. Catherine is a graduate of YogaWorks 200-hour RYT training through YogaBalance and is also certified in Prenatal Yoga through Om Births. Yoga has brought joy, balance, and calmness to her life, and has become a passion she wishes to share with others.
