Emma began practicing yoga in 2009. Her interest was initially focused on the physical asana but has evolved into practicing in such a way that honors body, mind, and spirit. Emma received her YogaFit certification in 2013 and since then has taught Yoga at the YMCA and other local studios. She started at YogaBalance as a Studio Assistant in 2014 and finished her YogaWorks RYT-200hr through YogaBalance in 2016. She is also trained in Prenatal and Senior Yoga instruction. Emma hopes that the strength, empowerment, and connection she relays in her teaching style can be taken off the mat and into students' daily lives.
