She has taught at numerous studios, co-led international yoga retreats and developed functional anatomy trainings for yoga teachers in training. Beth is a 2001 graduate of the Healing Touch Institute and a 2004 graduate of the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration and maintains a full-time private Rolfing® and massage therapy practice.

Melissa is excited to have you join her for a fun practice that will leave you smiling and with a full heart.
