Brittany received her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training certification through a local Yoga Alliance course in Fair Haven, NJ. She has been practicing yoga for about 10 years, and teaching for 3. She focuses on strength-building, vinyasa flow classes that build heat and encourage flexibility during her classes. She is currently in nursing school, and if she is not teaching or practicing yoga you can find her doing some other type of physical activity or catching up on some much needed sleep!
Brittany instructs the following:
In this well-rounded class, we will stretch and strengthen our bodies, open our hearts and calm our minds. We will practice longer-held postures with a focus on alignment to refine and deepen our practice. We will practice flow sequences to help us connect with our breath and our subtle energy. Guided by the wisdom of yoga philosophy, we will learn to relate more deeply and authentically with ourselves and the world around us. Appropriate for all - modifications will be offered for beginners.
